摘　　要：运用数理统计的方法 ,对影响高强度调质板 (HG70 )的因素进行了定量相关分析 ,建立性能预报模型 ,并通过模拟试验 ,优化了调质工艺参数 。The factors affecting the high strength tempered steel plate HG70 are quantitatively analyzed by means of mathematical statistics and a predicting model accordingly built up as well.The tempering process parameters are optimized through simulation tests and as the results the qualified rate of the tempered steel plate is drastically raised.
