摘　　要：通过对MR TH5 7电镀锡板化学成分、性能设计及对生产工艺条件的改进 ,开展了多次工业试制 ,结果表明 :所设计的化学成分和工艺规程合理 ,MR TH5 7镀锡板各项性能均达到GB T2 5 2 0—2 0 0 0规定的指标 ,试制产品经用户试用 ,其性能满足制罐要求。Industrial scale trials have been conducted by designing the chemical compositions and properties of the MR TH57 electrolytic tinplate and improving the process conditions. Results indicate that the designed chemical compositions and process specifications are acceptable, the properties of MR TH57 electrolytic tinplate conform to 《GB/T2520-2000》 standard and can basically meet the canning requirements by customers.
