摘　　要：社会保障问题关系着公民的切身利益,是社会稳定、经济发展的前提。必须正确分析全面认识我国目前社会保障制度存在的问题,采取有效措施尽快妥善解决,逐步建立和完善有中国特色的社会保障制度。Social security is in close contact with the benefits of the citizens. It is the premise of the social stability and econotnic development. How to comprehensively analyze and recognize the problems that exist in our country's present social security system,and how to take effective countenneasures to resolve the problems as soon as possible and gradually establish and perfect the social security system with China own features are the main content of this article.
