摘　　要：济钢 1#高炉采用铁水红外测温技术 ,可准确测量铁水温度 ,减少了炉温波动 ,炉温稳定指数由使用前的 0 .1192降为 0 .10 73 ,[Si]含量由原来的 0 .5 2 1%降为 0 .485 %。The infrared ray temperature testing technique for molten iron was used in No.1 BF of Jigang.The technique can exactly measure temperature of molten iron, reduce wave of temperature of BF. The stable index of temperature of BF is decreased from 0.1192 to 0.1073, and Si content in molten iron is also decreased from 0.521% to 0.485%.
