Research on Technique of 2.5% Jiake Powder for Preventing and Eradicating Potamogeton distinctus and Elecharis plantgineformis

摘　　要：经 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 2年 2年盆栽及田间小区药效试验 ,结果 :2 .5 %甲克粉剂防除眼子菜田间用量为32 g/ 6 6 7m2 ,施药时期为插秧后 5～ 15 d,药后 4 5 d防除效果在 80 %以上 ;防除野荸荠 1次施药防治用量为 6 0～70 g/ 6 6 7m2 ,施药期为插秧后 10～ 15 d,采用 2次施药防治 ,每次用量为 4 0 g/ 6 6 7m2 ,施药期为插秧后 5 d,2次施药间隔期为 10 d,对野荸荠防效在 80 %以上 ,且以毒土法施药防治效果较好。盆栽、小区及大面积示范对水稻十分安全 ,无药害发生。The result of drug effect on pot test and plot experiment in rice fields for 2 years(2001~2002) shows that the field dosage of 2.5% Jiake powder for preventing and eradicating Potamogeton distinctus is 480g/ha, the application time is 5~15 d after transplanting rice seedings, with above 80% of preventing and eradicating rate at 45 d after application, and that for Elecharis plantgineformis, in one-time application (method),the dosage is 900~1050 g/ha and the application time is 10~15 d after transplanting, in two-time application method, the dosage at a time is 600g/ha, the application time is 5 d after transplanting, the interval between applocations is 10 d, with above 80% of the preventing and eradicating rate,and the effect will be better if “poisoned soil method” is used, which turns out to be safe to rice by demonstrations on pot test, plot experiment and large-scale fields without occurrence of drug harm.
