摘  要:用六面顶金刚石压机研究了高温高压条件下 ,铜在Ni70 Mn2 5Co5合金触媒中的扩散和形成含铜合金触媒的过程。同时 ,研究了这种不同含铜量的合金触媒在金刚石合成过程中对金刚石成核和生长的影响。研究发现在 1670K、5 .0GPa条件下 ,铜很容易进入Ni70 Mn2 5Co5合金中形成NiMnCoCu合金触媒。这种含铜触媒对金刚石的成核有抑制作用 ,而且触媒随着铜含量的增加这种抑制作用越明显。在本研究的实验条件下 ,NiMnCo触媒中铜含量低于 5 %时 。The diffusion of copper into Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 alloy and the formation of NiMnCoCu alloy under high pressure and high temperature were investigated using a cubic anvil press. At the same high pressure and high temperature but different time conditions, the different diffusibilities of copper into the Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 alloy were observed and a new kind of NiMnCoCu alloy catalyst was prepared. At high pressure up to 5.5GPa and high temperature up to 1670K, a set of experiments of diamond synthesis for NiMnCoCu+graphite system were conducted. The results indicated that the nucleation number of diamond decreased as the percentage of copper in the NiMnCoCu alloy increased but the grain distribution and size of diamond were all uniform.
