摘　　要：以体制转轨动态进程模型为基础 ,通过对市场结构进一步细分 ,提出了一个新的制度变迁模型 ,并用此模型分析了履行“入世”承诺对中国制度变迁的作用。分析表明 ,履行“入世”承诺对我国市场化制度转型进程具有加速效应。加速效应主要与WTO承诺的两个具体效应联系在一起 :一个是市场准入效应 ,另一个是公平竞争效应。Based on the dynamic process model of institutional change, through ulteriorly dividing market structure, a new model is introduced to analyze the impact of the implementation of China's WTO commitments on institutional change in China. It is verified in the paper that the marketable institutional change in China will accelerate after China's accession to WTO. The accelerative effect is primary related to two material effect of implementation of WTO commitments: one is effect of market entry, the other is that of fair competition.
