23例更年期女性非典型性牙痛的诊治体会

摘　　要：目的　分析更年期女性非典型性牙痛临床特点 ,观察利维爱的疗效。方法　对 2 3例更年期女性非典型牙痛进行回顾性研究 ,检测利维爱治疗前后患者血清中卵泡刺激素 (FSH)及雌二醇 (E2 )水平 ,观察治疗后症状改善情况。结果　更年期女性激素水平的改变可引起牙痛 ,利维爱治疗后患者血清FSH水平减低 ,E2水平升高 ,局部及全身症状均有所改善。结论　对更年期女性非典型牙痛的诊断及治疗应结合全身情况 ,利维爱对更年期女性非典型牙痛有效。Objective: To analyze the characteres of menopause women with atypical odontalagia and observe the clinical effecacy of livial. Methods:With retrospective study, the characteres of toothache of the 23 menopause women were analyzed, the lever of the follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol insedum was detected and the change of the personality disorder and oral discomfort was observed after livial therapy.Results: The changes of female hormones of menopause women is suggested with regard to the atypical odontalagia. After livial therapy, the FSH level was significantly higher and the E2 level was lower, the personality disorder and oral discomfort was improved Conclusion: The personality disorders before make the proper diagnosis and treatment must be understood, lival is effective in treatment with the toothache of menopause women.
