摘　　要：目的　探讨尿道狭窄的有效治疗方法。方法　使用钬激光对 16例尿道狭窄进行切除 ,并对其疗效及技术要点进行回顾性分析与总结。结果　全部病例无意外损伤 ,一次手术治愈 ,随访 6～ 11个月无复发。结论　钬激光切除尿道狭窄安全可靠 ,手术操作简便 ,疗效满意。Objective:To evaluate the effective therapy of the urethrostenosis.Methods:The urethrostenosis of 16 cases was resected with holmium laser,the therapeutic effects and the key points of the operating skill of which have been summerized and analysed in retrospect.Results:All the patients have been cured without complication and have no relapse for following-up 6～11 monthes.Conclusions:It was found that holmium laser accurate resection and cut for the urethrostensis was a safe and simple therapeutic technique,which was easy to handle and was satisfied with therapeutic effection.
