摘  要:目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗肾结石的疗效及适应症。方法 采用输尿管肾盂镜下钬激光碎石治疗肾结石 5 0例。其中结石位上盏 9例 ,中盏 4例 ,肾盂结石 36例 ,铸形结石 7例 ,合并输尿管结石 5例。结果 一次性碎石率 78% (39/ 5 0 )。手术时间 2 4~ 95min ,平均为 5 1min ,术后住院 1~ 10d ,平均 3.2d ,并发脓肾 1例 ,水中毒 2例。结论 输尿管硬镜下钬激光治疗肾结石安全有效 ,并发症少。但须掌握其适应症 ,对复杂性肾结石宜采取分步骤、较为谨慎的方法。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and indication of Ho:YAG laser through ureteroscope on the treatment of renal calculi.Method:Fifty cases of renal stone burdens were treated with versa pulse select Ho:YAG lithotriptor through ureterscope.Results:The successful rate of stone fragmentation after single session was 78%(39/50). Mean operative duration was 51 min(24~95 min.) Mean duration of post-operation in hospital was 3.2 days(1~10 days). Stone free time was 1~8 weeks. One case with pyonephrosis occurred. Two cases with water poison occurred. Conclusion: Being mastered its indication, Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy through ureteroscope is a safe, effective treatment for renal calculi.
