摘　　要：新民主主义基本纲领和社会主义初级阶段基本纲领是中国共产党制定的两个重要的基本纲领。两者制定的客观依据是相同的 ;都是和党的最高纲领相统一的 ;两者在具体内容上是继承与发展的关系。The fundamental principles of New Democracy and the primary stage of socialism are the important principles formulated by the Chinese Party.Both the objective basis to formulate the principles are the same.They are unified by the Party'highest principles.The principles of the primary stage of socialism is developed on the basis of the principles of democracy.
