摘　　要：随着校园网、医院信息网建设的不断完善 ,医院科室网络建设也进入了网络建设的议事日程。从我们的实践来看 ,由于远程医疗涉及的领域非常广泛 ,所以实施切实可行的远程医疗应该从各科室起步 ,只有充分发挥科室的特色作用 ,远程医疗的优势才能得以充分地发挥。When the university LANs and hospital information LANs are improving all the time, attention is to be paid to LAN constitution for departments of the hospital. To our experience, a variety of areas are involved in telemedicine. Therefore, practical development of telemedicine must begin with different hospital departments. Only when features of different departments can be brought into play, then can be the advantages of telemedicine. Focusing on this topic, we present the possible mode of LAN for hospital departments and the mode of telemedicine; and also the relations between them.
