摘　　要：生产实践表明 ,电弧炉炼钢利用BaSi合金代替部分Al作为脱氧剂能有效地降低合金结构钢和弹簧钢 [Als]含量 ,可提高其表面质量和减少轴承钢点状废品。The production practice indicated that it was available to decrease acid soluble aluminium content in alloy constructional steel and spring steel and increase surface quality of products and reduce reject amount of bearing steel products because of D type inclusion by using barium silicon alloy deoxidizer partially to replace aluminium.
