摘 要:以SB粉为原料、HNO3为解胶剂成功地制备了稳定的γ AlOOH溶胶。考察了酸度、浓度、胶解温度和添加剂等因素对γ AlOOH溶胶的质点大小、粒径分布、稳定性及粘度等胶体性能的影响。实验结果表明,稳定γ AlOOH溶胶适宜的制备条件为:n(H+)/n(AlOOH)=0 08~0 1,SB质量分数小于7%,胶解温度大于80℃,制得γ AlOOH溶胶胶粒的平均粒径在18nm左右。Stable γ-AlOOH sol was prepared using SB powder, a pseudo-boehmite product manufactured by Condes GmbH, as raw material and HNO_3 as dispergator. The influence of preparation conditions , including n(H^+)/n(AlOOH),SB concentration, dispergation temperature and additive, on properties of γ-AlOOH sol (particle size , particle size distribution, stability and viscosity) was studied. Appropriate preparation condition for γ-AlOOH sol was obtained as follows: [H^+]/[AlOOH] mole ratio=0.08-0.1, SB mass concentration ≤ 7 %, dispergation temperature ≥ 80 ℃.
