精密铸造硅溶胶粘结剂型壳发泡涂料的研究

摘　　要：在精密铸造涂料中加入发泡剂及稳泡剂,研究各种发泡剂和稳泡剂对发泡效果的影响,寻找最佳的发泡剂和稳泡剂.由发泡涂料制成多孔性型壳在保证其湿强度、高温强度及铸件质量的前提下,可降低残留强度,改善型壳的溃散性,是国内一项新工艺.The effect of foaming agents and stabiliers on the foaming result is studied by means of adding them into investment casting to find the best ones. The porous ceramic shell mould made of foaming coating can reduce remained strength and improve collapsibility under the case of ensuring the sufficient green mould strength, high temperature strength and casting quality. This is a new technology in our country.
