摘　　要：目的 :观察咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法 :给予患者口服咪唑斯汀10mg ,每日 1次 ,连服 14天为 1个疗程。结果 :用咪唑斯汀治疗 138例慢性荨麻疹患者 ,总有效率为 92 .0 % ,治疗后患者的症状总积分明显低于治疗前 ,且不良反应少。结论 :咪唑斯汀是治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效的新型抗组胺药。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:with oral mizolastive,10mg daily,all patients received 14 days treatment as a course.Results:The total effective rate of 92.0% were found in 14 days after initiation of treatment with mizolastine in 138 chronic urticaria patients.The SSRI of patients after treatment were significantly lower than that of patients before treatment(P<0.01=and significant subaction had not been found.Conclusion:Mizolastine is an effective and safe new drug in treating chronic urticaria.
