摘 要:从电解法、蒽醌法、醇氧化法、氢氧直接化合法等方面评述了制备过氧化氢的现状。介绍了过氧化氢和环氧丙烷生产的集成技术,包括蒽醌法或醇氧化法生产过氧化氢与丙烯环氧化制环氧丙烷的集成工艺以及氢气、氧气、丙烯原位合成环氧丙烷工艺。指出氢气、氧气、丙烯原位合成环氧丙烷工艺是最具前景的合成方法,但该方法的环氧丙烷收率较低,而改善催化剂合成技术是此方法实现工业化的关键。The state-of-the-art of preparing hydrogen peroxide was surveyed on the basis of the introduction of electrolysis, anthraquinone, alcohol oxidation and direct reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, and the like. The integrated process of hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process or alcohol oxidation process and synthesis of propylene oxide by epoxidation of propylene, and synthesis in situ using hydrogen, oxygen and propylene were described. It was pointed out that the latter was the most prospective one to produce propylene oxide, but the low yield of propylene oxide was the main problem of the method, and the improvement of the catalyst synthesis was the key to its industrialization.
