摘 要:采用溶胶 -凝胶法 ,将不同含量的杂多酸负载在硅基上制得HPWA/SiO2 催化剂 ,并用苯和十二碳烯烷基化反应评价了该催化剂的催化性能 ,考察了催化剂组成、焙烧温度、反应温度、空速对烷基化反应性能的影响 ,得到催化剂的最佳组成 :杂多酸的含量 30 % (ω)。找出最佳操作条件 :焙烧温度4 5 0℃ ,反应温度 2 2 0℃ ,空速 1h 1(WHSV) ,同时对该催化剂的稳定性和再生性进行了研究。试验结果表明 ,该催化剂活性高、稳定性好且易于再生 ,可替代液体强酸用于烷基化反应 。The solid acid catalyst consisting heteropoly acid (phosphotungstic acid) supported on silica was prepared by sol-gel technique. Its catalytic performances were studied by alkylation reaction of benzene and 1-dodecene in a micro-reactor. The influences of the composition of the catalysts, calcination temperature, reaction temperature, and space velocity on the conversion of 1-dodecene and the selectivity of 2- or 3- dodecylbenzene were investigated. The optimal coditions are:content of heteropoly acid 30%, the calcination temperature 450℃, reaction temperature 220℃ and the space velocity 1.0 h -1 (WHSV). Under the optimal conditions, the stability and regeneration performance of catalyst also were studied. The results showed that the HPWA/SiO 2 catalyst has highly activity, stability and regeneration performance in the alkylation of benzene and 1-dodecene. As a result, this catalyst can replace the liquid strong acids for alkylation as an environmentally friendly catalyst.
