摘　　要：针对近十年来不断增多水力电站建设和城镇河畔围堤造地的现象及水力电站和围堤造地时水环境和生态环境所产生的影响作初步探讨,提出了一些生态补偿措施。Being aimed at close ten years continuously to grow in number building and the cities and towns river side in hydraulic power station surrounds the embankment appearance build the earth .The embankment of the original hydraulic power station with surrounds build adjust the effect that water environment and the ecology environment come into being to act as and probes into initially,Propose some ecology compensation steps.
