摘 要:土地开发整理规划及管理是土地开发整理项目的立项依据和实施保障,其过程涉及大量空间数据的处理,利用GIS技术建立相应的信息系统,对土地开发整理工作的现代化建设有非常重要的意义。该文讨论了利用ESRI的ArcViewGIS8.2软件建立土地开发整理规划及管理信息系统的方法和经验,同时对系统的业务流程、总体结构、功能设计、"数字国土工程"数据的转换应用等进行了分析探讨,并以山东省龙口市的土地开发整理规划及管理为例进行了系统的开发实践。The planning and management of land consolidation and rehabilitation is the dependence and the implement guarantee of the land consolidation and rehabilitation project. Its process comes down to the processing of a great deal of spatial data, establishing the corresponding information system based on GIS. It has significance to the modernization development of land consolidation and rehabilitation. This article discussed the technique and experience of developing planning and management information system of land consolidation and rehabilitation based on the ArcView GIS 8.2 of ESRI. The operation flow, general structure, functional design and the Digital Land and Resource Project data conversion of the system were analysed. And the planning and management information system development practice of land consolidation and rehabilitation was illustrated by a case of Longkou City in Shandong Province.
