缺锌对天府肉鸭红细胞免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：通过人工复制建立天府肉鸭缺锌病理模型 ,进行了锌对不同日龄鸭红细胞C3 b受体花环 (C3 bRR)和免疫复合物花环 (ICR)测定 ,并对其机制进行了讨论。结果表明 :缺锌明显抑制鸭红细胞免疫活性 ,具有时间效应。By stablishing the animal patterns of Zn deficiency ducks in various ages, the duck erythrocyte C 3bRR and ICR rosette assays were tested. The results showed that the immune function of erythrocytes in Zn deficiency ducks was reducing and presented time response relationship.Its mechanism was discussed.
