摘  要:以蛋重为 (12 4 .90± 0 .91) g(A组 )、(130 .30± 0 .99)g(B组 )、(134.5 6± 1.0 1) g(C组 )的豁鹅蛋壳作为代用蛋壳 ,将第 1次换壳后的鹅胚转移至其中进行孵化 ,记录孵化第 3~ 4 .5天和第 6 ,15 ,31天的活胚数 ,同时分析代用蛋壳大小对孵化效果的影响。结果表明 :在整个孵化过程中 ,C组代用蛋壳优于B组和A组 ,尤其在孵化中期 (第 6~ 15天 ) ,A组与C组对照差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结果表明 ,在鹅胚体外操作中 ,第 2次换壳所用的代用蛋壳的大小以大于或等于(134.5 6± 1.0 1) g为宜。The substitute eggshell was from local Huo-goose species, and these eggs were divided into three groups:(124.90±0.91) g(A group),(130.30±0.99) g(B group),(134.56±1.01 )g(C group) according to the weight of egg. The goose embryos after the first change-shell were transferred into these substitute eggshells to hatch. The number of live embryos was recorded in NO.3~4.5, 6,15,31 day after the beginning of hatching. Effects of size of substitute eggshell on goose embryos culture in vitro were analysed.The results demonstrate that the culture effect in (134.56±1.01)g group is better than that in (124.90±0.91)g group and (130.30±0.99)g group in whole process of hatching, especially in the middle stage of hatching(NO.6d,15d),C group is higher significantly than A group in the percentage of live embryos. The results of the study showed that the size of substitute eggshell used in the second change-shell time should be equal to or larger than that of the (134.56±1.01)g group.
