摘　　要：目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定破伤风合剂中大黄素含量 ,以控制该制剂的质量。方法 :用C18化学键合硅胶柱分离大黄素 ,以甲醇 0 .1%的磷酸溶液 (85∶15)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 90nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .0 195～0 .1755μg,大黄素的平均回收率 97.3 % ,RSD =3 .2 9% (n =5)。结论 :反相高效液相色谱法简便快捷 ,精密度和稳定性良好 。Objective:To determine the content of emodin i n poshangfeng mixture with reversed-phase HPLC for quality control of the p reparation. Method:Emodin was separated with a hypersil C 18 column. A mixture of methanol 0.1% phosphoric acid in water (85∶15) was used as t he mobile phase the UV detection wavelength being 290 nm. Results:The linear range was 0.019 5-0.175 5 μg. The a verage rate of recovery of emodin was 97.3%, RSD=3.29%(n=5). Conclusion:The method was shown to be quick simple and c onvenient with high accuracy and reproducibility. It is therefore applicable to quality control of poshangfeng mixture.
