益心饮血清对感染柯萨奇B_3病毒大鼠搏动心肌细胞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨益心饮对病毒性心肌炎的影响。方法取新生SD大鼠心室肌制备培养搏动心肌细胞,接种CoxsackieB3病毒建立体外病毒性心肌炎模型。同时添加含药血清,分别在病毒感染后1、3、5d检测心肌细胞的搏动速率、乳酸脱氢酶释放、细胞存活率。结果益心饮血清能够明显提高感染心肌细胞的搏动速率,降低乳酸脱氢酶的释放,提高细胞存活率。结论益心饮血清对感染CoxsackieB3病毒的SD大鼠培养心肌细胞具有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the effects of Yixinyin on viral myocarditis.Methods The beating myocardial cells were obtained from the ventricular myocardium of newborn Sparaque- Dawley (SD) rats and were incubated with Coxsackie B3 virus for 48 hours to establish the experimental model of viral myocarditis.With Yixinyin- contained serum added, the beating rate and survival rate of myocardial cells,and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase were measured at the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after infection. Results Serum contained Yixinyin can increase the beating rate and survival rate of the infected myocardial cells,and decrease the activity of lactate dehydrogenase significantly. Conclusion Serum contained Yixinyin has significant protective effect on myocardial cells infected with Coxsackie B3 virus in SD rats.
