胃炎消对麻醉大鼠基础泌酸及胃泌素诱导泌酸的影响

摘　　要：目的观察胃炎消对麻醉大鼠胃酸分泌的影响。方法采用麻醉大鼠活体胃灌流模型,用精密酸度计测量灌流液pH值,观察胃炎消对基础泌酸及胃泌素诱导泌酸的影响。结果胃炎消小剂量(12.3g生药/kg)对基础泌酸无明显影响(P>0.05),大剂量(24.6g生药/kg)能明显抑制基础胃酸分泌(P<0.05);胃炎消小剂量(12.3g生药/kg)对胃泌素诱导的高胃酸分泌水平有轻度抑制作用,大剂量(24.6g生药/kg)则对其有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论胃炎消对麻醉大鼠胃酸分泌有抑制作用,这可能是其抗溃疡及抗急性胃粘膜损伤的药理作用机理之一。Objective Effects of Weiyanxiao on basal gastric- acid secretion in anesthetized rats were investigated.Methods pH value of gastric perfusate in rat models of gastric perfusion were detected with a precise acidity meter to evaluated the effects of Weiyanxiao on basal gastric- acid secretion and gastrin- induced acid secretion.Results Small- dose Weiyanxiao (12.3 g/kg) had no significant influence on basal gastric- acid secretion and has slight inhibition on high- level gastric- acid secretion induced by gastrin ;large- dose Weiyanxiao (24.6g/kg) could restrain basal gastric- acid secretion (P < 0.05) and high- level gastric- acid secretion induced by gastrin (P < 0.01).Conclusion Weiyanxiao can restrain the secretion of gastric acid in anesthetized rats,which may be one of the pharmacological mechanisms in counteracti ng ulcer and acute lesion of gastric mucosa.
