双重药物冲击治疗重症狼疮肾炎的护理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨甲基泼尼松龙和环磷酰胺联合冲击治疗重症狼疮肾炎的效果及护理方法。方法 :2 6例患者先静脉点滴大剂量的甲基泼尼松龙 ,狼疮活动控制后在口服强的松的同时静滴大剂量的环磷酰胺 ,并采取水化疗法及支持疗法。结果 :双重药物冲击治疗重症狼疮肾炎总有效率为 81%。结论 :大剂量甲基泼尼松龙和环磷酰胺联合冲击治疗重症狼疮肾炎能迅速改善临床症状 ,控制狼疮活动 ,延缓肾功能损害 。Objective:To investigate for nursing measures about double medication stoss therapy of lupus nephvitis by methy predisolone and cyclophos phamide. Method:26 cases first received intraveinous drip of methyl predisolone then added with large doses cyclophosphamide in the meantime after alleviation,water therapy support therapy.Result:Common effective rate is 81%.Conclusion:Large dose of stoss therapy to treat lupus nephritis can alleviate symptom quickly control its activity reduce renal injury.
