摘 要:以自行研制的DT系列低硅球化剂为例,对团块状低硅球化剂的重度、形状和大小等工艺参数间的相互关系,及其对球化处理效果的影响进行了试验研究。研究表明:团块的重度在45kN/m^3左右时,既具有足夠的强度和良好的球化效果,又便于成型;团块形状以高度与直径之比即h/D=1的圆柱体为好;团块大小应与所处理的铁水量和铁水温度相适应。研究结果还表明,球化剂料层与铁水发生反应的主要方式是以逐层加热-汽化-壳体熔化的层状方式进行的。Taking the self-made DT series low silicon nodulariser as an example, an study was performed to investigate the influences of weight density, shape and size of conglomerate nodularisers on the effect of nodularising treatment. It was found that the conglomeration with the weight density of 45kN/m^3 and the conglomerate shape of height to diameter ratio, i. e, h/D= 1 possess of sufficient strength, good nodularising effect and easy shaping properties, the conglomeration should be in moderate size, which is related to the quantity and the temperature of treating molten iron. From the analysis, it was suggested that the reaction process between nodulariser and molten iron is in the way of heating-vaporizing-fusing layer by layer.
