摘　　要：社会主义的发展目标是促进人的全面发展,社会主义的效率与公平,必须由促进人的全面发展来定义。是否有利于人的全面发展是社会主义效率与公平的衡量标准,效率与公平都是人借以实现自己本质力量的方式,是人的全面发展的两大基石,因此,实现人的全面发展,要求我们必须兼顾效率与公平,实现效率与公平的统一。The target of the socialism progress is to promole all round development of man.Therefore,the efficiency and the just of the socialism shall be defined by the promotion of all round development of man.The measuring criteria of the efficiency and the just of the socialism is to see whether they are beneficial to the all round development of the human being.Efficiency and just are the means of realizing one's potential power by man.They are the two cornerstones of the all round development of the human being.So the realization of the all round derelopment of man requires us to take both efficiency and just interest into account so as to achieve the unity of efficiency and just.
