摘　　要：介绍了在I DEAS环境建立三维零件库的方法和步骤。提出了利用三维零件样板、设计参数、三维模型参数化和族表技术实现零件尺寸的系列化以及三维零件库的创建。强调在设计草图时建立约束的重要性及建立约束的方式 ,分析了非独立参数和设计参数的关系及建立非独立参数关系式的方式 ,并通过实例说明了具体用法及调用方式。通过零件库的建立提高设计效率 ,减少设计工作量。由于该方法实现简单 ,不涉及编程 。This paper introduces the method and steps of s etting up 3D parts catal ogs in I-DEAS.It puts up utilizing the 3D part model,design parameter,3D model parameterized,and family table to achieve the establishment of dimension series and 3D parts catalogs.It also emphasizes the importance and the mode of setting up the constraints during sketching.It analyzes the relation of design parameter and non-independent parameter and the mode of setting up formula of non-indepe ndent parameter,and describes the method by example.the aim of the method is to improve the design efficiency and reduce the design workload by setting up 3D pa rts catalogs.The method can help the factory to set up the 3D parts catalogs qui ckly,because it is simple and needn't to program.
