摘 要:1 新方法的提出塑性变形的实验研究对于材料塑性本构理论研究和金属成形、结构塑性极限分析等都具有重要的意义.多年来人们提出了多种塑性变形的实验方法,如金属腐蚀法、光塑性法、座标网格法、云纹法等,它们都具有各自的特点,但实验方法都比较复杂,需要专门的技术和设备. 观察结构塑性区的新方法是利用某种聚合物在塑性变形时由于“银纹化”或“混浊化”而形成的色变现象.这是作者在1965年为铁路桥梁的新型塑料滑动垫进行试验时所观察到的。A new method to observe the plastic zone in structures was based on colour changing phenomenon formed by 'grazing' in some polymer during plastic deformation. After many tries, a suitable polymer material was chosen. To clearly show image of plastic zone at its formation, development and limits, computer was used to process the image data. Experiments were performed on plates with holes of different diameters. The polymer used has a ratio of 0.777 between tension and compression yield stresses, which leads to a non-orthogonal sliding line field. Image analysis program was developed and clear plastic zone image obtained from laser printer. The computer processed results agrees with those obtained from elasto-plastic finite element analysis or/and from double shear theory.
