摘  要:采用中频感应加热对45钢接箍进行调质处理,并对其强度、硬度、韧性等性能指标进行测试,分析其显微组织特性。结果显示,与常规工艺比较,该技术具有硬度波动小、拉伸强度及冲击韧度同时得到改善的特点,从而有效地提高生产效率,降低了能耗。By means of intermediate frequency induction and rapid quenching and tempering at high temperature afterwards, the study of the hardness,strength and toughness and the analysis of the microstructual characterization of 45 steel ring joint for oilpumping pole are done.The result shows that ,compared with conventional processing,the technology is characterized with stable hardness values,the simultaneously improved stretch strength and shock toughness.And the use of the technology can effectively improve productivity and decrease the energy consumption.
