摘  要:目的:为视交叉血流动力学研究提供形态学资料。方法:应用墨汁明胶灌注切片透明法及图像分析技术对新生儿视交叉实质内的毛细血管进行形态观察和密度分析。结果:视交叉Ⅰ区的毛细血管密度为1.19±0.05,Ⅱ区为1.09±0.06,Ⅲ区为1.19±0.06,Ⅳ区为0.42±0.06,Ⅴ区中央板部为1.29±0.05,V区侧部为0.79±0.06。视交叉实质内毛细血管密度Ⅴ区侧部较低,为Ⅲ区的60%~73%;Ⅳ区最低,为Ⅲ区的31%~40%。结论:视交叉Ⅴ区侧部及Ⅳ区是视交叉微循环的薄弱部位。Objective: To provide morphological data for the study of the circulation dynamics of optic chiasm in the new boms. Methods : Semitranslucent sections of optic chiasm were made after ink injection to observe the capillaries. And the technique of image analysis was used to analyze their density. Results : The densities of capillaries in the first to the fourth zone were 1.19±0.05, 1.09 ± 0.06, 1.19±0.06 and 0.42 ± 0.06, respectively. That in the middle plate part of the fifth zone was 1.29 ± 0.05. As for lateral part of the fifth zone , it was 0.79 ± 0.06. The density of capillaries was comparatively lower in the lateral part of the fifth zone, which was 60%-73% of the third zone. It was the lowest in the fourth zone, just 31%-40% that of in the third zone. Conclusion : The lateral part of the fifth zone and the fourth zone are the feeble part of chiasmal microcirculation.
