正交设计在固天泉胶囊处方研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究固天泉胶囊处方的最佳组成。方法:用正交试验法考察处方抗利尿作用和镇静催眠作用。结果:优选出最佳处方为原处方。结论:正交设计可以用于中医处方的研究。Objective: To study optimum ingredient of prescriptions of Gutianquan capsule. Methods: The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The optimum ingredient were studied by anti-diuretic action on rats and sedative-hypnosis action on mice. Results: The composition of Gutianquan capsules should be the best one of the original prescription of Sangpiaoxiao Pulvis. Conclusion: Orthogonal design can be used to study prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine.
