摘 要:目的了解野外训练环境条件对坦克乘员肠道双歧杆菌的影响。方法通过活菌定量培养计数法 ,动态观察 32例参训坦克乘员和 30例非坦克乘员粪便中双歧杆菌数 (B)和大肠杆菌数 (E)及B/E值。运用SPSS/P +软件包进行多元逐步回归分析 ,判断参训坦克乘员肠道双歧杆菌数与训练环境因素各变量之间的关系。结果坦克乘员组参训后第 30天和第 5 9天粪便中双歧杆菌数分别为 (8.35± 0 .4 8)lgcfu·g- 1和 (8.4 1± 0 .4 9)lgcfu·g- 1;大肠杆菌分别为 (8.0 5± 0 .4 3)lgcfu·g- 1和 (7.97± 0 .4 1)lgcfu·g- 1;B/E值分别为 1.0 4± 0 .0 8和 1.0 6± 0 .0 8。参训前粪便中双歧杆菌和大肠杆菌数分别为 (9.5 5± 0 .4 2 )lgcfu·g- 1和 (7.0 1± 0 .2 0 )lgcfu·g- 1,B/E值为 1.36±0 .0 7。非坦克乘员组粪便中双歧杆菌数和大肠杆菌数分别为 (9.2 7± 0 .6 5 )lgcfu·g- 1和 (6 .93±0 .2 9)lgcfu·g- 1,B/E值为 1.34± 0 .11。坦克乘员组参训后与参训前及对照组比较 ,粪便中双歧杆菌数量均显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,大肠杆菌数均显著增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,B/E值均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。多元逐步回归分析并按标准回归系数大小排列 ,对参训坦克乘员肠道双歧杆菌数量有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )的影响因素有 :噪声、乘室空间。Objective To study the influence of extreme environmental conditions of the field exercise on intestinal bifidobacterium in tank crew after training. Methods Thiry-two tankmen as training group and 30 non tankmen as control were selected. The number of bifidobacterium and colibacillus along with B/E value in faeces of the two groups were determined by the live bacteria quantitative cultivating and counting method, and multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed among the number of live bacteria and the variables of the training environmental factors. Results On the 30th day and 59 th day after training, the number of bifidobacterium in faeces of the training group 〔(8.35±0.48) lg cfu·g -1 and (8.41±0.49) lg cfu·g -1 respectively〕 were significantly lower, and the number of colibacillus 〔 (8.05±0.43) lg cfu·g -1 and (7.97±0.41) lg cfu·g -1 respectively〕 significantly higher,and B/E (1.04±0.08 and 1.06±0.08 respectively) significantly lower than those before training and of control group〔bifidobacterium:(9.55±0.42) lg cfu·g -1 and (9.27±0.65) lg cfu·g -1;colibacillus:(7.01±0.20) lg cfu·g -1 and (6.93±0.29) lg cfu·g -1;BE:1.36±0.07 and 1.34±0.11 respectively (P<0.01)〕. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the number of bifidobacterium in faeces of the training group had significant correlation with the noise, space of tank cabin, noxious gas, living quality, psychological stress, and vibration (p<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The number of bifidobacterium in faeces of the training tank crew could be obviously affected by the field environmental factors such as the noise, space of cabin, noxious gas, living quality, psychological stress and vibration.
