封闭群草原兔尾鼠肝脏和胰腺的组织学观察

摘　　要：首次对封闭群草原兔尾鼠的肝脏、胰腺进行了组织学观察 ,结果表明 :1.草原兔尾鼠的肝脏纤维组织极少 ,肝小叶间界限不明显 ;部分中央静脉周围可见少量毛细胆管 ;门管区较少 ,分布不均匀 ,其静脉形状不规则、腔大 ,胆管及动脉则较小。 2 .胰腺分叶清晰 ,腺泡细胞较大 ,胞浆多呈嗜酸染色 ;小叶中部腺泡着色较深 ,外侧腺泡着色较浅 ;胰岛大小不等 ,细胞排列呈不规则索状 ,光镜下未见特殊改变。A histology observation to the liver and pancreas of Lagurus lagurus was firstly made. The results show as follows: 1. The liver of Lagurus lagurus has little fibrous tissue. There is no clear delimitation among hepatic lobules. A few bile canaliculus can be seen around some central veins.There are less portal areas which are maldistribution in the liver. Interlobular veins of portal areas have unregulation form and bigger cavity, but interlobular bile ducts and interlobular arteries have smaller cavity. 2. Pancreas has clarity leaves. Acinus cells are bigger. Acidophilia staining of acinus fluid of inside lobule is deeper than that of lateral lobule. The islets of pancreas are inequality of size. Arrangement of cells shows irregular cords. No special alteration was found under the microscope. In addition, the structure of the liver and the pancreas is compared with that of KM mice and human being.
