摘　　要：全面论述研磨盘生产的最新技术。在产品的切削性、安全性及耐用性的基础上,详细地分析了砂布的组成元素及其与服役性能的关系,阐明了现行的两类胶粘剂的异同,它们的韧性获得、胶粘强度、使用寿命和可操作性,讨论了基板的轻量化、结构因子、强化途径、及操作要点等基本问题;研究了工艺因素、操作手法、技术要求、工装组合、环境条件等因素之间的相关、互动及相应的调节方法和对策;介绍了从原材料的质量检验开始到最后成品的品质管理的全过程的监管重点和技术诀窍;在国内、国外水平的比较上,例举了最近发展的新型研磨盘;最后,对我国今后的发展提出了建议。The manufacturing technology of Grinding Disc was introduced. Based upon the machining property, safety and durability, the relation of components of sand-clothes with working properties, the difference of the two types bonds, theirs strength, toughness, working life and so on; and the body's stracture, lightness, reinforce method, and operative essencials were analysed and explained in detial. The relation of elements between technical points, operative skill, assembling jig, and invironment were studied. The main points and know-how from raw materials to finished products were suggested.
