摘 要:采用电导法和原子吸收分光光度法,分别测定了5个杨树无性系一年生休眠苗不同低温处理后的电导率及K+渗出率;对测定结果进行了单因素方差分析与多重比较;建立了各无性系低温(T)-电导率、K+渗出率回归模型,测算出各无性系组织半致死温度在-25℃~-32℃。根据各项指标测定结果对各无性系抗寒性进行了综合评定,结果表明,无性系间抗寒性差异较大,5个无性系抗寒性排序是:57×新>84K>意101杨、新疆杨>毛白杨30号。Used 5 poplar clones as the experimental materials,the conductivity and K+-leakage of dormant one-year-old cuttings which had been treated with different low temperature were determined by electro-conductivity gauge and atomic absorption spectrometer.Data of two indexes were treated with the single factor variance analysis and multiple comparison.Regression models were established about low temperature (T) to the conductivity or the K+-leakage of the clones.According to the result,the median lethal temperature of tissue of all clones is -25℃~-32℃.The cold resistance abilities of the clones were comprehensively compared according the studied indices.The results showed that there were obvious differences among the clones of the ability of cold resistance.The order of the ability of cold resistance on 5 poplar clones was populus.deltoides cl.'57'×P.bolleana>Populus alba×P.glandulosa>Populus alba>Populus bolleana>Populus tomentosa-30.
