摘　　要：目的 :探讨四肢深度烧伤切削痂植皮的方法 ,进一步提高手术疗效。方法 :1994年以来对 36例四肢深度烧伤实行早期切削痂异种皮覆盖手术 ,并在术后 2～ 3d延期自体植皮。结果 :36例早期切削痂延期植皮均获得成功 ,无一例发生并发症。结论 :早期切削痂延期植皮是提高手术成功率 。Objective: To discuss the method of excision and skin grafting on deeply burned extremity, and to improve the effects of operation. Methods: 36 patients with deeply burned on extremity are primarily excised and hetero-skin covered, and are autoplastic skin grafted 2～3 days later. Results: All the operations are successful and none complication occers. Conclution: Primary excision and delayed skin grafting are ideal technique to improve success rate of the operation and to decrease the complications.
