摘　　要：目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张的临床价值。方法　应用彩色多普勒诊断临床和亚临床型精索静脉曲张共 5 4例 ,手术证实 49例。结果　对精索静脉曲张临床组、亚临床组和正常对照组的血管内径、血流速度及返流持续时间测定 ,结果显示临床组与正常组之间均有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,亚临床组与正常组之间血管内径和返流时间有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血流速度之间无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　应用彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张准确、方便 。Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound in varicocele. Methods Fifty-four patients were diagnosed as subclinical varicocele and clinical varicocele with CDFI,and forty-nine cases amony these patients had been confirmed by operation. Results Blood-vessel diameter, requrgitation time and velocity were measured by CDFI. There were significant difference among normal group,clinical group, and subclinical group.Conlusion color Doppler can play an important role in the diagnosis of clinical and subclinical varicocele.
