摘 要:目的 分析自行研制的新型椎弓根固定器性能。方法 对拱桥式弹性椎弓根固定器(ABPF)进行生物力学测试,并与对照组(RF、Steffee、Dick)对比分析。结果 ABPF在应变、应力、位移、强度、刚度方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 ABPF利用特有的拱形钢板和钉板角能对脊柱骨折产生过伸折顶复位与纵向撑开复位,降低了复位过程中椎弓根钉压缩负荷。术后对脊柱骨折产生持续向前的推力与弹性固定,对防止后凸畸形复发和椎体高度丢失具有重要意义。Objective In order to analyse biomechanical quality of a new pedicle screw instrumentation that was invented by oneself. Methods The arch bridge type elastic pedicle fixation system (ABPF) had undergone a biomechanical test and contrast to control group (RF, Steffee, Dick). Results It is by far better than RF, Steffee, Dick in load-responsive change, load-displacement, torsion intensity and ultimate stength (P<0.01). Neither the diformation of the plate nor bending or breaking of pedicle screw due to metal fatigue occurred. Conclusion ABPE can make use of the special arch plate and screw-plate angle to achieve extension ture-back and longitudinal distraction correct displacement to the spinal fracture and can keep continous forward push and elastic fixation to the spine after operation so that neither kyphosis relapses nor vertebral height loses, and pressed load to the pedicle scew is reduced.
