摘　　要：我国西部老工业基地不同于东北、上海等传统老工业基地。依据产业链类型和形成的方式 ,可以将西部老工业基地划分为不同的类型。目前 ,这些西部老工业基地面临着产业结构与市场需求结构不对称等八大矛盾。而解决这些矛盾、重振西部老工业基地的关键在于以系统工程的思想为指导 ,以完善城市功能为基础 ,以产业结构的调整为契机 ,根据老工业基地的不同类型实施有针对性的重建和战略性再造。The old industrial base of the West is different from that of the Northeast and the Shanghai The industrial chain and the formative way can classify it However, there are eight contradictions in the west old industrial base at present To develop the west old industrial base, we should reengineer it strategically according to the classification, with the guide of the thought of systems engineering, including consummating the city function, adjusting the industrial structure
