中药结合针刺治疗中风痴呆30例总结

摘　　要：目的 :观察地黄饮子加减配合针刺治疗中风痴呆的疗效。方法 :采用地黄饮子加减配合针刺治疗。按简易精神状况检查法 (MMSE) ,修订长谷川简易智力量表 (HDS)和日常生活能力 (ADL)评估计分法 ,测定治疗前后的积分值。结果 :中风痴呆患者治疗前后MMSE、HDS、ADL值之间差异有统计学意义。结论Objective: To observe the clinical effect on apoplectic dementia treated by modified Dihuang decoction and acupuncture. Method: Modified Dihuang decoction and acupuncture were used for treatment. Integral was determined before and after treatment according to MMSE,HDS and ADL evaluation.Results: The differences between the titre of MMSE, HDS and ADL before and after treatment for apoplectic dementia had statistics meaning. Conclusion: Modified Dihuang decoction and acupuncture had good effect for treating poplectic dementia.
