摘 要:提出了模糊信息处理中的一种有效的过渡信息方法——信息扩散法。该方法是从原始数据信息直接构造系統模型,从而可以避免外加数学的约束,不使原始数据结构遭到破坏。本方法与模糊一、二级近似推论、信息集中等方法一起构成一套完整的处理某实际问题的程序,用这套程序建立了饱和土震动液化势的评价方法。This paper introduces a new approach in formulating a fuzzy relation which differs from classical statistics in that the statistics work is done on information gains accumulated from actual observation records at some controlling points rather than on the records themselves. The new concepts of information diffusion, information concentration and the form of reasonable prediction are discussed. As a result of the submission of the concepts, the fuzzy intormation processing theory is advanced. In this paper, at first, baed on the principle of information diffusion and the data of liquefaction potential concentration from 330 earthquake areas all over the world, the Fuzzy relation (Ruw) between stress ratio (τ_d/σ_o)and liquefaction potential and the fuzzy relation (Rvw) between adjusted SPT Navalue and liquefaction potential are established respectively. For another,according to the form of reasonable prediction, fuzzy approximate inference rule I and II, 50 non-parent specimens are examined,and the possible distribution of 4-degree liquefaction potential forecast into one so that we gain the best value of forecasting. Comparing the results of the investigation with those of the seismic field liquefaction shows that their identical degree is very spectacular.
