参七虫草胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型肿瘤坏死因子-αmRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参七虫草胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA表达的影响,以探讨其对COPD气道炎症的作用。方法清洁级Wistar大鼠20只随机分为四组(即空白对照组、COPD模型组、参七虫草胶囊组、金水宝组(后三组为药物组),每组5只。采用香烟熏加脂多糖(LPS)气管滴入制作大鼠COPD模型。药物组分别在造模前4周开始用药,造模后4周结束实验,观察TNF-αmRNA的表达。结果COPD模型组TNF-αmRNA表达增强,空白对照组正常表达,参七虫草胶囊组表达与空白对照组的基本相同,金水宝组表达增强。结论参七虫草胶囊对COPD气道炎症有调节作用。Objective: To investigate the action mechanism of Shenqichongcao Capsule in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), through study on influence o f Shenqichongcao Capsule on the expression of TNF-á mRNA in rats with COPD. Me thods:Wistar rats were randomized to 4 groups,there were 10 rats in each group.A ccording to pathogenesis of COPD,the model of COPD(model group) was developed by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) twice and exposure to ci garette smoke daily.Then general condition, express of TNF-á mRNA were measure d and observed. Results:There were higher expression of TNF-ámRNA of rats in t he model group and Jinshuibao (金水宝)group,whereas there were normal expression of TNF-á mRNA in the high dose of Shenqichongcao Capsules and in normal contr olled group. Conclusion:Shenqichongcao Capsule could adjust the airway inflammat ory of COPD.
