摘　　要：上市公司可持续发展能够极大地促进经济结构的调整和产业结构的优化 ,从而推动国民经济健康发展。通过阐释上市公司可持续发展的内涵 ,针对我国上市公司可持续发展运行机制的现状 ,剖析其产生的根源 ,从制度创新、培养核心竞争力等方面提出提升上市公司可持续发展能力的主要对策。Sustainable development of listed companies can promote the adjustment of economic structure and the optimization of industry structure, thus promoting healthy development of national economy. By explaining the meaning of listed companies' sustainable development, this paper aims at the current position of running mechanism of Chinese listed companies' sustainable development, analyses its source and raises the main strategies such as systematic innovation and cultivating core competition so as to strengthen the ability of sustainable development of listed companies.
