摘　　要：陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海四省(区)农村能源消费量2944.94万t标准煤,其中薪柴消费量666.41万t标准煤,占22.6％,少于煤炭,居第二位。薪柴满足度0.719。到2000年,农村生活用能需薪柴587.77万t标准煤,除去可开发资源量,缺114.23万t。薪炭林产量以每公顷3t标准煤计,尚需发展38.8万ha的薪炭林。按区划原则和区划指标体系,将四省(区)划分为11个类型区,并按重点发展、中等发展,一般发展、补充发展归纳为四大类。重点发展区是秦巴山区和子午岭——黄龙桥山山区。The consumption of rural energy in Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia-and Qing-hai amounts to 29449.4 thousand ton of standard coal, of which, the consumption of fuelwood makes 22.6%, i.e. 6664.1 thousand ton of standard ; coal. It gets the second place after coal. To 2000 year the would still be add up to 5877.7 thousand ton of standard coal and there a shortage of 1142.3 thousand ton of standard coal beside exploitable energy re- source. It would be needed to plant fuelwood forest of 388 thousand; ha in the regions in accordance with the fuelwood stand per ha equal to 3ton of standard coal, based on the principles and the .indexsystem ofarea division the above mentioned provinces and autonomous region were divided into 11 type regions. They belong in 4 major groups, i.e. priority region, middle region, general region and additional region. The priority region for fuelwood forest development includes the Qinglingmountains, the Bashan mountains, the Huanglong mountain and the Qiaoshan mountains
