摘　　要：采用聚氨酯本体预聚法,将有机蒙脱土分散在聚多元醇中与二异氰酸酯反应合成预聚物,然后与扩链剂反应再浇注成试样,所得自组装聚氨酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料具有特别高的强度。By way of prepolymer process, the organically mended montmorillonite is homogeneously dispersed in polyether polyols, which react with diisocyanates to form a urethane prepolymer. Following with chain extension, cast specimen is made. The resulted polyurethane / montmorillonite nanocomposite presents very high performance of mechanical, properties.
