摘　　要：目的 :探讨肩关节松动术功能锻炼物理疗法治疗冻结肩的临床应用价值。方法 :将收集的 70例冻结肩的患者 ,分为甲、乙两组 ,进行疗效对比观察 ;甲组 4 0例 ,应用肩关节松动术功能锻炼物理疗法综合治疗 ;乙组 30例 ,单纯应用物理疗法治疗 ;对两组治疗效果制定统一的评价标准。结果 :甲组 4 0例 ,治愈率 80 % ,显效率 95 % ,乙组治愈率 6 0 % ,显效率 79%。经统计处理P <0 0 1,两组治疗效果有显著性差异。Objective To discuss the clinical application value of complex treatment on freezing shoulder with shoulder joint mobilization and functional exercise physiotherapy.Methods 70 cases of freezing shoulder patient were divided into two groups(40 and 30 cases)and their results were compared.Group A was treated with complex treatment and Group B was treated with simple physiotherapy.The standard assessment was made for their treatment results.Results The curative rates were 80% in group A and 60% in group B.The effective rates were 95% in group A and 79% in group B.There was a significant difference between two groups(p<0 01).Conclusion The complex treatment of freezing shoulder must be a best method in clinic.
