“竹林胺”中有效成分的一阶导数光谱法测定

摘　　要：目的 :建立一种“竹林胺”制剂中有效成分盐酸酚苄明含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数光谱法 ,在选定波长对为 2 6 7nm、2 70nm的条件下 ,用峰 -谷法测定了“竹林胺”中有效成分盐酸酚苄明的含量。结果及结论 :对“竹林胺”制剂中有效成分盐酸酚苄明的平均回收率为 99.34% ,方法快速 ,操作简便 ,准确度和精密度能够满足制剂分析的要求。Aim: To develop a method for determining the content of phenoxybenzamine hydrochloriod in “zhulinan” tablets. Methods: The first derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for determination. The wavelength of the pair of determinated waves was 267 nm and 270 nm. The content of phenoxybenzamine hydrochloriod in “zhulinan” tablets was determined by peak-valley method. Results and Conclusions: The method is rapid and simple. The recovery of phenoxybenzamine hydrochloriod in “zhulinan” tablets is 99.34%. The accuracy and precision meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical preparations analysis.
