摘　　要：本文分析了地下水位持续下降的原因 ,指出由此而诱发的地面沉降、水质恶化和地下水资源枯竭等危害 ,并提出了防治地下水位下降的对策。On the basis of a brief introduction of the hydrogeological conditions, the dynamic regularity and evolution trend of groundwater levels in the city of Puyang are described and the causes of continual lowering of the groundwater levels are analyzed. The threat of land subsidence,degradation of water quality and groundwater resource depletion are put forward, the countermeasures of preventing groundwater lowering are also proposed in this paper.
